Freelance profile

james morrison

I am a freelance journalist, author, copywriter, and journalism trainer/lecturer. I am a senior lecturer on the BA and MA journalism courses at Kingston University for part of my week, and the rest I spend freelancing for publications including the Guardian, The Independent, Telegraph Magazine, and various specialist titles ranging from Current Archaeology to Junior parenting magazine. I have run media training sessions for the British Council, and interview training for magazine journalists through the PPA. I recently finished work on the new NCTJ set text for the public affairs (local/central government) modules for Oxford University Press.
