I have a wealth of experience as a reporter, publisher, news editor and features writer for various media entities in the U.K. and Africa writing on politics, economics, human rights, development issues, anti corruption, female genital mutilation(FGM) and media development. I worked for The Voice newspaper in London as Africa editor and was a correspondent for West Africa magazine, a weekly published in London from 1917 to 1991. Others include African Review and New African.I have edited several publications in the UK and Africa. I am a former member of the Executive Board of PEN International.
